About Courses
Women, who have renounced the world & worldly pleasures, to serve God & society are called Sadhvis. In the Swaminarayan Mool Sampradaya, these Sadhvi women are called SankhyaYogi Baheno & Parshads. Due to continuous Seva-Karya & Satsang-Bhajan, Sadhvis get less or no time to prepare themselves in learning Sanskrit Shastras in the Mool Bhasha Sanskrit. There are Sanskrit Pathshalas & Gurukulas, providing opportunities to male Sadhus of Swaminarayan Sampradaya, but not for Sadhvis. Considering many Niyamas & Dharmas of Sadhvis, one of been not able to study from a male teacher, narrows down the funnel further.
साध्वीसंस्कृतम् is a campaign for spreading Sanskrit literacy among the Sadhvis, by designing a 3-year course, that requires 3-5 hours of study per week, Sanskrit scriptures are taught to them in a simplified yet comprehensive method. This 3-year course covers 4 levels, from Basics to the advanced study of Shastra.
To encourage the maximum number of Sadhvis to join in this Gyan-Yagna, course fees have been reduced, and only a nominal fee has been kept. It will in turn result in spreading Sanskrit literacy to a lot of girls & women across the globe through their Satsang & Katha-Pravachana.
